Roast mava in a non stick pan add saffron and colour and sugar and cook till mava gather as a balls switch off the flame and let it cool down
Coarsely grind dates and cook it in a pan
Let it cool down and add chopped nuts and raisins in it
Take a portion of the mava and flatten it in a circle
Stuff dates mix in it and give the Gujhiya shape and put silver vark on it
